Once Upon a Marigold

Once Upon a Marigold by Jean Ferris is my most recent read. It's a fun book about a boy and a princess, a troll, and a wickedly horrible mother/Queen. I had started this book awhile ago, and though the story was entertaining, I had a hard time finishing it. I was never bored, I just kept finding other things I wanted to do or read. With that said, I would have to give it 3 stars. Once I really started reading it, I enjoyed it and I have to say that the ending doesn't disappoint. Would I recommend it? Sure. Did I LOVE it. Not really.
